Postage, Handling and Returns
SHIPPING
Australian Customers
All of our items are shipped with Australia Post. Where possible we try to ship our items by standard letter post in order to keep shipping costs low, however, where multiple or larger items are purchased they will be sent by tracked parcel post. Please visit the Australia Post website for a more detailed description of their postage service.
Where it actually costs less to ship your item than charged, we will process a refund of the excess shipping charges.
If you are experiencing any issues with shipping calculation, please don't hesitate to get in touch so we can sort it out for you.
International Customers
International orders are shipped via standard untracked Airmail and delivery generally takes between 7-14 business days.
Liability for Lost/Damaged Goods
Little Dreamer will not be held liable for lost or damaged goods while in the hands of Australia Post so if you wish to have this protection, we recommended you upgrade your postage to include insurance and/or signature on delivery. If you have any questions with respect to the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 1800 101 318.
HANDLING
Processing and Handling Times
Please allow 2-4 business days (this excludes weekends and public holidays) for your order to be processed, packed and posted (unless otherwise stated within the product listing!). We will not be held responsible for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your package (2-20 days as per the Australia Post website via the standard service). Once your parcel is posted, it is out of our control.
Please note that if you choose the Express Postage option, this does not speed up the processing/handling time. This is purely the service that is offered by Australia Post in regards to the actual postage of your item. That said, if you need your item urgently please email us at hello@littledreamer.com.au or leave a note in your order and we will do our best to get it to you quickly!
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Being a small handmade business we take great pride in making sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your order please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can sort it out for you.
In most cases we are happy to exchange items provided the item is returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with swing tags still attached.
Refunds will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer law.
