All of our items are shipped with Australia Post. Where possible we try to ship our items by standard letter post in order to keep shipping costs low, however, where multiple or larger items are purchased they will be sent by tracked parcel post.
Where it actually costs less to ship your item than charged, we will process a refund of the excess shipping charges.

International orders are shipped via standard untracked Airmail and delivery generally takes between 7-14 business days.
Liability for Lost/Damaged Goods
Little Dreamer will not be held liable for lost or damaged goods while in the hands of Australia Post so if you wish to have this protection, we recommended you upgrade your postage to include insurance and/or signature on delivery.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Being a small handmade business we take great pride in making sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your order please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can sort it out for you.
In most cases we are happy to exchange items provided the item is returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with swing tags still attached.
Refunds will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer law.
